All orders must be paid in full before preparation begins. Pricing includes labor, groceries, delivery, and applicable service fees. Additional fees may apply for custom requests, extended travel, or late cancellations.

 

 

3. Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are provided once ingredients are purchased or meal prep has begun.

 

 

4. Dietary Preferences & Allergies

 

Clients are responsible for notifying Championship Meals LLC of all dietary restrictions or allergies prior to ordering. While we take precautions, meals are prepared in a facility where allergens may be present, and we cannot guarantee cross-contamination will not occur.

 

 

5. Delivery

 

We deliver to the address provided by the client at an agreed-upon time. If we cannot access your location (e.g., locked gate, no cooler, unsafe conditions), the order may be left in a secure location or rescheduled with an added fee.

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

Championship Meals LLC is not liable for any adverse reactions due to food consumption, improper storage, or reheating by the client. Clients accept full responsibility for food safety once meals are delivered.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this site—including branding, logos, menus, and photography—is the property of Championship Meals LLC and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

 

 

8. Modifications
