Refund Policy

At Championship Meals LLC, each meal is custom-prepared to meet your specific preferences and nutrition goals. Due to this, all orders are made-to-order and non-refundable once ingredients have been purchased or preparation has begun.

• Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance of your scheduled delivery will not be charged.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your delivery will incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover time, planning, and perishable ingredients.

• If we cannot complete delivery due to inaccurate information or inaccessible drop-off conditions, the order will be charged in full.

If there is a concern with your delivery (missing items, incorrect meals, or a quality issue), please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your meals at [Insert Email], and we will work to resolve the issue fairly—whether through a replacement or partial credit, at our discretion.
